Happy New Year! Yes i'm a little late, but i have been so busy with my Alias model (1970 Dodge Challenger RT) i had to neglect my blog. On the last day of term i had to restart my model, so i managed to only build the bonnet (after the deletion of so many curves and surfaces!) although i did not have chance to fillet the edges. I also did a tutorial modelling some wheels. Yesterday was the hand in date, which means i have more time now to focus on the other projects.
Today was my groups day to use the wind tunnel at the university. We tested our 2 blocks of foam, each time making slight modifications. Ive posted some photos below of the process. (the tape is used to make sure the model stays fixed to the base)
